Are you pregnant and planning to breastfeed? Come along to our evidence-based face to face session. This will provide you with key information and practical tips to help you to breastfeed your baby.

The session includes:

• Benefits of breastfeeding.

• Importance of skin to skin contact.

• Pain free positioning and attachment.

• Feeding positions.

• Breastmilk composition.

• Hand expressing.

• What to expect in the first week of breastfeeding.

• Hormones involved in milk production.

• Responsive feeding.

• Value of support.

• Breastfeeding problems and solutions.

Please only book 1 ticket (space) per family.
